专利摘要:
The invention can be applied in a flat and / or roller film processing apparatus. The purpose of the invention is to preserve the quality of photographic material and to reduce the size. The chamber for the processing solution is formed by pairs of rollers 4, 5, 8 placed between the plates and the bottom 3 with profiled grooves - grooves 3 in the direction of the axis of the rollers. The rollers transport the photographic material 10 through the treatment fluid. Fixing the ends of the rollers 4, 5, 8 in the recesses of the plates prevents the processing liquid from flowing out of the chamber. 1 hp f-ly, 2 ill. 专利说明:
The invention relates to a device for the wet processing of photographic materials and is used mainly in a flat and / or roller film processing apparatus. In order to provide an intensive effect of the processing liquid on the material in the known solutions (GDR patent No. 63967, class 57c 7/01, 1968), a method of deep development is used. In this case, in separate processing tanks, the information carriers are guided through the lower sections of the tanks with loops deviating from the main direction of transportation with the help of deflecting bodies. At the same time, tanks need not only a lot of space, but also expensive transportation and diverting equipment. There is a known method in which the material is directed horizontally through the processing chambers, where the processing liquid is supplied to it, and the liquid enters from above and below and flows again through the outlets and inlets (accepted Germany application No. 1962422, Cl. G03D3 / 02, 07.08. 75). In this case, there are problems of uniform washing of information carriers with the processing liquid, which can lead to unequal degree of pro- duction. The known solution (unaccepted application of the Federal Republic of Germany No. 2731045, Cl. G 03 D 3/08, 25.01.79) provides that the processing chamber is divided by partitions into the main chamber and two auxiliary chambers in which the transport roller pairs are located. from the main chamber to the auxiliary chamber each time in front of the rollers is carried out by means of fittings for sealing. At the same time, the main chamber is always filled as a result of the operation of the circulating pump system and the liquid level is always above the substrate surface, the processing liquid is supplied to the center of the main chamber from below and the overflow device provides drain to the collection of the circulating pump system. As a result, the material in the processing chamber is evenly washed by the processing fluid and with a slightly varying pump feed. But for this solution a great need arises for m 308971 spade ten J5 20 25 In addition, when passing through narrow gaps at fittings, quite well-known problems are created associated with the appearance of surface friction, primarily regarding the danger of scratching. The purpose of the invention is to preserve the quality of photographic material and reduce the size. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for wet processing of photographic materials, comprising a horizontally positioned treatment solution chamber with side walls and a bottom, as well as inlet and outlet pairs of conveying rollers, the treatment solution chamber is formed by inlet and outlet pairs of conveying rollers, side walls in the form of plates and a bottom fixed on them with trenches made in it, in which the lower rollers of the inlet and outlet pairs of the transporting rollers are located c, while the lower rollers are installed with a gap relative to the bottom, and the ends of all the rollers are located in cylindrical recesses made in the plates, the chamber for the treatment solution is provided with a cap, in which the grooves are made identical to the grooves of the bottom. Fig, 1 shows the proposed 35 device, side view (one plate sn a); in fig. 2 - the same, top view. Between the plates 1 and 2 of the bearings there are three pairs of rollers, an input pair of transporting rollers 4, an output pair of transporting rollers 5 and between them a pair of transporting rollers 8. In addition, a bottom is provided. 3, having profile grooves in the axis direction of the rollers. In the profile grooves For most of its diameter, the lower rollers of three pairs of rollers 4, 5 and 8 protrude and form a slot 6 there in the form of a very narrow annular segment. Plates 1 and 2 have recesses 7 in which the ends of the rollers protrude. In addition, the plates 1 and 2 are very closely connected with the bottom 3. The surfaces of the rollers have an elastic layer (not shown). In addition, each upper and lower roller pairs of rollers 4, 5, and 8 have a mutual spring support. Treatment fluid thirty 40 45 50 55 3130 enters the side through the holes in. The plate 2 in the zone between the pairs of rollers 4, 5 and 8 and on the other side, not far from the plate 1, is directed through the holes in the bottom 3- again into the circulating system in the groove of the bypass pump-pipeline-pipelines. Thus, the direction of flow of the processing liquid passes transversely to the transport direction of the 9 information carriers. The circulatory system of the processing liquid is designed so that in the working one, the processing liquid is always above the plane of the photographic material 10. In one of the embodiments of the device, a lid is provided having the same grooved profile Z, as well as the bottom 3. The device works as follows. For processing in an appropriate solution, the photographic material 10 is guided in the direction of transport 9 by the input pair of transport rollers 4 across to the flow of the flowing treatment liquid. The pair of transporting rollers 8 is further transported again through the processing liquid before the photographic material is again removed by the output pair of transporting rollers 5 from the solution. In this case, between the pairs of rollers 4, 8 and 5 it is constantly washed with liquid. It should be noted that there is a slight need for space and careful transportation of photographic material. The undesired exit of the treatment fluid is prevented by securing the ends of the wa14 faces in the recesses of plates 1 and 2, as well as mainly fixing the lower rollers in the profile grooves n mutually pressed rollers inlet and outlet pairs of transporting rollers 4 and 5. The amount of liquid protruding through a very narrow slit 6 is so small that it can be neglected . This ensures that the processing liquid is evenly exposed to the photographic material.
